How it works
The Process.
01
Inquire
It all starts with a wink and a “hey there!” Tell us your date and what you’re dreaming up—our inbox is basically a message in a bottle, and the message is “let’s make epic memories together.” Hit us up and let’s get this party started.
02
Secure your date
You’ve got our attention and we’re already doing a happy dance. We put together a custom proposal with your booth, package, and every little detail—once you give it a yes, we send over a contract and a 50% deposit locks in your date. Ta-da—it’s official.
03
Let’s customize
The fun finale. We send over a design questionnaire so you can share colors, inspiration, and details, then we build your custom photo template, booth welcome screen, and live gallery. After that? It’s party time, baby.
Our experiences start at $999, depending on booth, location, extras, etc. We will detail the price in your proposal.
What's included in a standard photo booth rental?
Setup and breakdown, a dedicated photo booth attendant, your choice of backdrop, unlimited high-definition photo, GIF, and boomerang captures, a custom photo template, custom tap-to-start screen, a live gallery, digital copies of every photo, prints when added to your package, and a print for everyone in the picture.
Can I customize the photo templates to match my wedding?
Yes! Our design team reaches out about 30 days before your wedding with a questionnaire so we can understand your colors, vibe, and aesthetic. We'll send multiple samples and you get unlimited edits until we land on the perfect template for your day.
Do I need to provide any equipment or props?
We bring everything—the booth, camera, props, backdrop, lighting, and attendant. All we need from you is a roughly 10×10 foot space and a standard 3-prong outlet. If you'd like a table for props, you'll provide that yourself; we usually use a basket, so a table often isn't necessary.
Do I need to provide Wi-Fi for the photo booth?
Wi-Fi is best: we bring hotspots, but if those fail, venue Wi-Fi is a great backup. If both fail, digital images will be sent when our booths hook up to home Wi-Fi at the end of the night.
What kind of electrical setup do you need?
A standard 120-volt, 3-prong outlet within 50 feet of the booth. A weak connection can cause the booth to misfire or glitch, so our attendant tests the outlet before connecting. If power isn't strong enough, we'll find a better spot.
Will I get an attendant for my wedding?
Yes—every booth comes with a dedicated attendant who handles setup, run time, and tear down. They help your guests choose props, strike a pose, and get their photos quickly.
Can you set up before my event starts?
Our attendants arrive about two hours before your start time. If you need them earlier, idle hours are $50 per hour billed in 30-minute increments and must be requested at least 72 hours before the wedding.
What if we want to stay longer?
We get it—the party's still going. Requests for additional time need to be made at least 72 hours in advance so we can plan staffing. We can't accept same-day extensions, so let us know as early as possible.
What kind of space and access do you need at the venue?
A level, solid, accessible space at least 8 feet tall (for the backdrop) and roughly 7 feet wide by 9 feet long. The equipment is heavy and can't be carried up stairs. Outdoor setups are fine as long as the booth is protected from weather, with an indoor backup available.
Is there a limit to how many photos my guests can take?
Nope—no limit at all. We want your people to have as much fun as possible.
How much space do I need for setup?
We can make smaller areas work, but we recommend about a 10×10 foot space for the comfort of your guests and our team. If your space is tight, tell us and we'll talk options.
Is there a travel fee?
A travel fee will be applied if your venue is farther than a 45-mile radius from 70115.
Do you offer different photo booth styles?
Yes—our five booths range from enclosed vintage showstoppers to sleek open-air setups. Each has its own personality and features; you can see them all in the gallery above.
How far in advance should I book?
Book early—popular dates fill up fast. We recommend at least three months out, and we often book sought-after dates over a year in advance. If you're planning last-minute, reach out anyway; we'll do our best to fit you in.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Full payment is due 90 days out. If you cancel 90 days or more out, a full refund is given. Less than 90 but greater than 30 days out, a 50% refund. Less than 30 days, zero refund. This is because we put work into your event months in advance and hold the booth for you.
Do you offer discounts?
We occasionally run promotions, but there is always a 10% discount for paying in full when booking occurs outside of 90 days.
